Welcome to Datamars Warranty Claims Portal

This portal is build to register all the warranty and non warranty claims from Datamars SA customers and Business partners. Following paragraph will show You how to proceed with registration.

If You are first time on this portal, pls see the registration form below to register your Service Centre. You will use after your email and password to login to the page. You will also receive confirmation email that your registration was successful and You can start with claims registration.

When You log in to the page You can start after with registration of your claim in page New Claim. After see all your registered claims in page My Claims. And if You want to change something on your profile, go to page Edit Profile.

All the claims registered will be checked by Master Service Centre (MSC) in order to approve the invoicing from your Service Centre to Datamars SA. That´s mean that the registration of claim should be done properly.
